1. I'm a member and can't remember my password?
  Your password can be sent to you. Go to the update date your details section (from the left side of the page), under the login and password box you will see a link for ‘Forgot Password’. Click here and follow the prompts your password will be sent to you.
2. We're having twins/triplets do I need a membership for each one or can I do it under one membership?
  This will come under one membership! There will be six images but you will be able to enter the baby details for each one of the twins/triplets.
3. I’ve deleted or can’t find the email and want to have a look at the baby again?
  Go to the Find Your Bubba News section (from the left side of the page) put in your first name and email address. Click on the submit button and you will be taken directly to your BubbaNews.
4. We can’t find our BubbaNews?
  If your link is not working it could be that the membership has expired, membership is for three months from the baby’s date of birth or from the first email sent to you. If this is not the case, try to find the BubbaNews via the Find Your Bubba News link on the left side of the page. If you still have no luck please contact us with the parents details and your email address and we’ll see what we can do for you.
5. We want to send me email to more than 50 people?
  Each membership is limited at this time to 50 friends, please send us an email via the Contact Us page, let us know how many you would like to send and we’ll see what we can do for you.
6. I’ve seen some images that aren’t appropriate?
  BubbaNews has a Code of Conduct policy. If what you see doesn’t comply with our policy, please use the Report Inappropriate Content button available on each page of the site to let us know.
