1. It takes a long time to get the photos uploaded.   The time it takes to upload the photos will depend on the size of the images. The larger the number of MB or Megapixels the longer this will take. If you know how to adjust your photographs we would recommend adjusting the size to 500 pixels wide for best effect. 2. My images appear to be sideways?   Please check that when you added the images they were all in the position you wanted them to display in. If this continues to be a problem, please let our customer service team know. 3. Some of my friends didn’t receive their emails   Firstly, please check that the information you entered is correct. Generally if an email doesn’t reach its destination the email address may have an error in it. Eg. Check a hotmail address is .com Alternatively has the person changed their email address or is their email box full?
